This is a two-sided KC Baking Powder Sign made by Press Sign Company of St. Louis. It is painted on a heavy gauge tin metal, not porcelain. One side looks great with only minor wear and surface blemishes, and the other side has some rust spots and what appears to be packaging tape and brown paper stuck to the surface. I purchased the sign in this condition and have never attempted to clean it. I’m sure it would clean up and look even better with a little bit of care and attention.
The colors are nice, it’s in very nice condition for the age, and it measures approximately 12 inches tall by 28 inches wide. It would make a nice addition to any sign collection and the price offered is very fair.
