There is moderate to heavy edge wear with edge line tearing, paper loss, denting, creasing, crushing and fraying. The top border has a piece of old tape. Corners have heavy to severe rounding, creasing and crushing. Soiling / darkening is moderate and heavier along the borders and heavy fold lines. Moderate and heavy creasing. There are some holes/paper separation along the heavy fold lines. Some surface imperfections.
