Vintage Herco Art MFG Co brass, enamel, and metal articluating and adjustable floor lamp. It does work.
It is approx 34"-49" height, and it is 25 1/2" by 12 3/4". Shade diameter is 12 3/4". Weighs 11 lbs 6 oz.
Has chips in enamel, metal is aged. If you balance everything correctly it will stand straight up center, but it wants to lean to the right or left (see pictures).
