Up for your consideration is this Miller Chapman wheel lock that has older restoration (some paint chipping and wear from storage and moving) and is ready to lock up your vintage auto. This lock has the key and works smoothly. It is stamped D 1 inside one arm. The inside measurements of the lock are approximately 5 inches by 7 inches.
