About a half inch tear to back cover page. The top staple has come away from the cover all other pages are still attached. Bottom staple still attached to cover. Two pages toward the front have a clip out of the bottom as shown in photos. The last photo shows two of Richard Alf’s badges from the Con to show Provenance. We have known Richard since the 70’s and helped with his estate when he passed. RIP friend.
