Rare vintage Poliwoggs primitive July 4th, Patriotic, Election Day figure measures approximately 7.5" high from top of hat to base. Base measures approximately 2" from toe to toe. Arms are articulated to move back and forth. Small donkey figure hangs from waist. Donkey figure is approximately 2.25" long. Made of a solid resin type material with a matte finish. Weighs approximately 12 oz. Very cute outfit - red and white striped pants and blue jacket with white stars on elephant. Little donkey is wearing a red jacket and holding a white hat in his hands.
