Description: AM broadcast receiver. Table model. Six tube chassis, 6AM circuits. AC/DC 117V. 35 Watts. Bakelite case and knobs. Built-in antenna and a back cover.
Condition: A beautiful radio from 1946. Acquired from a collector downsizing. The clean chassis was removed and sent to our technician for a complete rebuild and alignment. This beautiful radio tunes in stations with ease. A new on/off volume switch was installed. A new dial cord, dial light, pads and a line cord were installed. The speaker was repaired and sounds great. A new back cover was made. The Bakelite case required to be repainted along with the knobs. The original dial glass is in excellent condition with no peeling. This is a very nice Sonora radio and has been well taken care of.
