Returns

•Brand New Products may not be returned once opened from the factory packaging (Broken factory seal). New items that have been opened and/or tags stickers removed are not eligible for return.

•Physically damaged or defective on arrival (DOA) items must be reported within 48 hours of arrival to qualify for a full refund.

•Returned items must include all original parts and accessories sent with the item or it will be subject to a partial refund.
