SOWERBY OF ENGLAND ANTIQUE OPALESCENT FOOTED ROSE BOWL VASE CAULDRON LEAF PEARLS.

WHAT A FIND ! This GORGEOUS bowl is way to pretty for pictures. The white at top is so think and bright like milk glass. The opalescence fades fowl the bowl and has the most beautiful Opal irredentist color. The actual clear glass may not completely be clear, in certain lights it looks like a light lavender or even a very weak amber at times. Based on the information I found about Sowerby, they began making Opalescent glass in the late 1880’s. The three footed bowl is in excellent age appropriate condition, please refer to photos for exact condition and measurements. No chips cracks or breaks, absolutely stunning! For the collectors of opalescent or antique glass, and even milk or slag glass, this is a MUST to add to your treasures!!
