Comics condition, grading, etc.:
I'm a private collector cleaning out my closet. My books are handled with care, read once, bagged and boarded, and stored in longboxes, free of moisture, nonsmoking home, etc. Not professionally graded, but unless otherwise noted, I believe all issues would likely grade out at 9.0 minimum. (I've had other books from my collection professionally graded and never had one come back lower than 9.0 -- most significantly higher.) That said, I make no firm representations as to any individual book's quality as I am not a professional grader and cannot guarantee what a professional would determine.
