Offering a rare piece of Ferrari Formula 1 history. I am selling a Nomex racing suit, which is said to have been worn by Ferrari Formula One driver Rubens Barrichello at the first Chinese Grand Prix in 2004 where Barrichello took first place. The suit features Barrichello’s name, Brazilian flag, and GP race information on the waistband and the body of the suit is adorned with patches from sponsors of the Ferrari Formula One team including Vodafone, Marlboro, Shell, Bridgestone, and AMD.
The suit was acquired in 2019 at a Ferrari racing event in Florida which Barrichello attended, and was kind enough to autograph.
The suit is housed/protected in plexiglass and black framing and is accompanied by photos of the race in which the suit was worn. Items will not be shipped in the frame as it is oversized, but will be sent protected and insured. If purchaser would like the suit shipped in the frame, this will be an additional cost as it will need to be sent via freight.
The suit is constructed of red Nomex with white stitching and piping on the shoulders.
