A unique aspect of this postcard is that most of the players are identified in it.Hornbrook is a census-designated place in Siskiyou County, California, United States. It was named by the Southern Pacific Railroad in 1886, derived from the brook that ran through David Horn's property.
The town is located on the banks of the Klamath River and there are several beautiful hiking trails to explore nearby. There is plenty of outdoor recreation available including fishing, boating, rafting, camping, and more. The local businesses provide a range of services from restaurants and retail to banking and other amenities. Hornbrook also offers several interesting cultural attractions like its old-fashioned museum and historical sites.The team is likely named after a saloon or brewery.
