Rare Vintage 1968 Vogue Paris Original by PATOU 1206 Sewing Pattern sz 14 ( current sizing for this is a 8/10) UNCUT

This fancy Two Piece Dress and Coat pattern is so Mad Men cool! It’s been in safe and clean storage for decades! The sizing back in the day was different than today. This is like a size 8/10 rather than a 14.

The pattern ALSO comes with the label! ( see above pics) You used to have to ask for these at the “pattern counter”.

Measurements are;

Bust 36/ Waist 27/ Hips 38 / Back Waist Length 16.5
