Primitive Country Store Counter top Wood tobacco/Plug Cutter For Sale

This item measures almost 10" long 7" wide. wood base about 2" thick, blade 4" . Blade swivels and lifts for many angles. No markings. I bought it at an estate sale and was told the owners grandfather had a general store up near Putnam Ct. But who knows for sure. Bottom shows that at one time it was also the cutting top and was then reversed. So I would believe by the marks of cutting it is real old. Thanks for looking. Murph
