Parker Insignia Matte Black Chrome Trim Ballpoint Pen (Model 74081). The pen was tested to function properly with good, Parker brand, medium blue ink cartridge installed. No dings, dents, scratches are visible. Comes with a Parker black presentation box with cardboard outer sleeve. The pen is made in France and bears the Parker Insignia brand on the center ring and arrow clip. This is an open box item, not used except to test and show photographs. The original paperwork/manual is missing. Otherwise this is in EUC. The pen is placed in a new, unbranded, black velveteen sleeve to provide protection during shipment.
