Antique lunch menu/post card from the ocean liner Kaiser Wilhelm der Grosse (Emperor William the Great) dated October 16, 1900. Card exhibits soiling, staining, discoloring of paper from age, rounding of corners and dog-eared corners/creasing. No odor. On menu for that day was beef broth, cooked shellfish with mustard sauce, prime rib, red cabbage, roast duck, head of lettuce, apricot compote, ice cream, baked goods, fruit and dessert.
