This is a bright silver and gold tone metal buckle with a classic floral scroll design and 2 blue gem mounts, Silver Plate on Jewelers Bronze, made by Award Design Medals, of Noble, Oklahoma. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It is in the original velvet gift box, the box does have some wear and tear from age and time in storage. The buckle measures approximately 3-1/4\" x 2-3/4\", fits a 1-1/2\" wide belt and weighs about 3.5 oz.
