Description
Stories and art by Edmond Good and Leonard Frank. Movie cowboy Monte Hale wanders the frontier, cleaning up the West one outlaw at a time. Monte gets involved when he comes upon rustlers sparring with the "tally man" from a ranch. Sidekick extraordinaire Gabby Hayes suspects that the traveling fortune-teller The Amazing Howdidee is just another con man in curly shoes. Monte investigates when all the outlaws in the vicinity of Tombstone Prison master a mysterious vanishing act after their crimes.
