Manning-Bowman High Style Coffee Urn Percolator model 416/9S from 1927 WORKS For Sale

This vintage percolator is in good condition, and makes excellent coffee! The serial number is when it was made- November 1927.  Its capacity is 54 ounces, which is between 9 and 13 "cups" of coffee.  A "cup" of coffee is between 4 and 6 ounces.  I have never understood why a cup is anything different from 8 ounces, but that's the coffee world.   The percolator sits level and has no nicks or dents.   The wooden handles have dried cracked paint, which adds to the vintage look.  From what research that I have done, Manning Bowman either silver plated, nickel plated, or chrome plated the outside of percolators.  This one may be nickel or silver.  From what I understand, they always silver plated the inside.  The silver plating is still in good condition- see pictures.  The braided cord is in great condition as well.  The cord has no fraying, the plug ends are tight, and both UL listing labels are in tact.  Coffee mug is not included.
