Apollo 11 Astronaut Michael Collins hand-signed exclusive custom card NGC unused plate in PSA/DNA slab. Boldly signed by Collins in black marker.
This plate along with several others were extras from a NGC signing with Collins. We purchased the plates directly from the liaisonbetween NGC and Michael Collins. The plates were intended to certify space flown coins and medals, although these plates later went unused.
