Her style of dress and pose look to me like she was in that horserace scene in that movie, "My Fair Lady".
I couldn't find who designed her but I suspect that it was Jose Puche circa 1976-ish. According to "El Portal Porcelana" she was retired in 1980.
She's about 12" tall, 4" wide, 3.25" deep and she weighs 1 lb., 7 ozs.
She's in immaculate shape with no visible damage or repairs that I could detect.
She will be wrapped in foam sheeting and then lots of bubblewrap as she does not have her original box.
