2.Blade Making process:The balde was made of 9260 Spring steel in Maru structure,it was Fully hand forged,hand shaping,hand polishing in the most traditional method of sword making.
3.The blade was well heat treating (Refining) and quenching(Tempering) greatly improve the hardness and flexibility of the balde for real use.The blade comes with a full length Tang greatly enhances the strength of the sword while swung and it will be signed according to your requirements.(pls contact us through message if you want to sign the DATE or NAME on the Tang)
4.The blade has been Fully hand polished with more than 15 process hand sharpening work in the most traditional Japanese craftmanship way.It is strong enough for the cutting.
5.Tsuka(Sword handle)：The Tsuka is made of high quality Rose wood wrapped.Two Mekugi (peg) was nailed to secure the full tang of the sword,the sword can be disassembled by picking up the two Mekugi (peg).
6.Habaki&Seppa:The habaki(blade collar) and the seppas (Spacer) are made of high quality brass
7.Saya(Sword Scabbard)：The saya is made by dry Rose wood and put them through hacking,slotting,gluing,polishing and shaping treatment,and design proper degree of tightness for the sword blade to enter and out.
