A: Yes, We combine shipping on all orders. If you purchase an item through an sale you must wait for the all sales to end in order to receive an invoice. If you purchase an item through a BIN you can request an invoice from within the Checkout feature. Reduced shipping cost only apply\'s to sales.

A: Unfortunately we are an actual high volume brick and mortar store. Therefore theremay be times where an item sells through our Brick & Mortar or another platform and the system is not able to \'Sync\' the inventory fast enough. This is common amongst retailers, so if this occurs with your order we will do our best to reach out within 24hrs of your purchase.

A: Yes, all out items that are listed do come from a smoke free establishment. Since we are a business that deals with second hand items there may be a time where an item may not be, but we will state so in the listing.
