This listing is for Dime Press #4, published in 1993. This was the 1st Hellboy cover (it pre-dates the 1st Hellboy US appearance). According to the CGC census, there are only 238 graded copies. Of those, there are only 26 Universal (blue-label) copies graded 9.6 and just 4 slightly higher.
This book was rated9.6 (Near Mint+) by CGCwith\"White Pages\". Its CGC case is the older style and shows some surface wear / inner well scuffing (common in CGC slabs and doesn\'t affect the book itself).

Newton Rings are also extremely common in newly slabbed CGC books (CGC tried to better protect the books by sandwiching them tighter in the cases, but as a result, a very large portion of newly slabbed books have some degree of rings).
