Condition is VG still. Has no rips or tears. No loose pages. Someone did write 50 in pencil on the last page.

It's a small booklet, perhaps made for the pocket. It measures 5 1/4" x 4 1/8". Shows light wear typical with this age.
Has nice protective rice paper at the front and back
