Offered here is this Beautiful Decorative Hand-Painted Tile Panel Set. I am unsure of the age or origins of the tiles. They are hand-painted and are set in a plaster base inside a frame. They are in very good condition, themselves, however, there are a few cracks and chips in them, particularly at the edges. The plaster that they are set in is also cracked in several places. The frame is holding it all together well. The frame is made of metal and does have some light surface rust on it around the outer edges. The backing on the piece is broken out around the center of each tile, which has a number written on it. The tiles seem to be made of a porous clay, and are hallmarked, but I cannot make out the entire manufacturer name. The entire piece is 13” top to bottom, 12.75” wide, and the tiles are each about 5.25” square. There is a wooden strip on the back of the piece, to make it easy to hang. It is a nice decorative tile panel that would be an amazing addition to your artwork collection. It is unique and may even be one of a kind.
