Rare sun design - DeSimone Pottery. This is Made in Italy from the pottery of Giovanni DeSimone. It is signed on the bottom "DeSimone" "Italy" with a number "21".There is some crazing in the white area of the bowl. There are a couple of small chips at the rim and a small crack that is a surface crack. SEE PICTURES. Overall, this is a rare design and these small imperfections do not take away from the whole piece. This is a large and heavy bowl. It is 10.5" in diameter and is 4" high.
