BIG Antique 1812 American Document Hopkinton, Massachusetts MA Signed Carleton For Sale

Nice large historic document from Hopkinton, MA. Approximately 12”x15”. Would look excellent framed. Signed by Dr. Carleton. The Calligraphy is stunning. For any Hopkinton resident or collector this will be a real statement piece if framed and hung on the wall. Great watermark looks to be dated 1800 or 1803 or something close to that. There are some tiny punctures around fold lines but condition overall is great. There is some research printed by former owner that I will include. Ships ASAP! Thanks
