A whole lot of FAKE, SMALL Venetian SIX LAYER chevrons are popping up on and Etsy these days, and neither platform is interested in doing anything about it. So…buyer beware!!
A hint: these authentic Venetian chevrons NEVER COME FROM THAILAND OR INDIA. The last 3 pictures are of fake chevrons being sold out of Thailand. Venetian chevrons are layered while the ends of fake Indian or Thai chevrons are PAINTED ON.
Another hint: authentic Venetian chevrons are freakin EXPENSIVE while the Thai fakes are DIRT CHEAP! Please don’t buy a strand of fake Venetian chevrons for $50!
