Here is the famous ANRI Wood carvings by artist J Ferrandiz from Northern Italy.
This is a very special set, because it is the first Members Only Pieces of the Chalet and 2 figures available for members when the ANRI Club first started.
"Welcome" #655-002 is the very first Club Member Only figure offered to those in the club in 1983.
A girl with a basket and a bunny in it, she is 4" high. The bottom has an embedded metal emblem stating "Nr 1, Club Anri".
The boy with the umbrella is called "My Friend" #655-002, the second figure offered in the club in 1984.
He also has the same mark on the bottom stating 'Nr 2, Club Anri and is also 4" tall.
The Chalet with the cute heart and gingerbread decor, was offered in 1983-84.
The Chalet was made as the stand for these two figures and is 8 1/2" tall by 6 1/4". It also has a hanger on the back for wall display.
I have seen some of these figures for sale separately, but this is a rare find with the Chalet that was made especially for them and the club members.
