The book has obvious wear, but based on its rarity, I believe it is collectible in any condition. The front and back covers have visible wear and dirt/staining. The edges of the pages also have visible dirt or staining. The spine is in good shape. The pages are are not torn or written on. The book is not personalized or inscribed.
