CAUTION-GARDNER PURCHASED A .25 CALIBER PISTOL THE DAY AFTER THE HOMICIDE AND HAS TOLD INDIVIDUALS THAT HE WILL NOT GO WITHOUT A FIGHT. GARDNER SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
