1960'S Space, Flight and USPS Collection~Piper, Apollo, Beech, Twin Stamp~
This collection includes ephemera and photos of the commemoration of the first USPS twin stamp at The John F. Kennedy Space Center. The stamp's design by artist Paul Calle shows Apollo 11 astronaut Ed White on the first Space Walk of 1965.

With the collection comes a letter from the Aero Club of Buffalo written and signed by its president Jack Prior, a Cocktail and buffet invitation letter written and signed by Aerojet Vice President and Director of Central Intelligence W.F Raborn, and a Mr. Zip Information newsletter written by Dr. Leo S Packer on the commemoration day of the first twin stamp introduced dated September 29th, 1967.
