1945/1949 BLUE CIRCLE COMICS #6/MURDER INCORPORATED #14 oddball golden age For Sale

This is a weird book. The publisher had some leftover unused covers of Blue Circle #6 and distributed them with remaindered, unrelated comics inside. This one has Murder Incorporated #14, but the coverless copy within is missing the first wrap so the first story is incomplete. This is, however, how it was circulated by the publisher.
Low grade with water damage, but a scarce book.
