1914-1925 IMPERIAL RUSSIA SOVIET PROHIBITION ERA PORCELAIN ALCOHOL DECANTER Offered to you is this Very Rare and much sought after 1914-1925 Russian Soviet alcohol prohibition era discreet porcelain decanter in the shape of a hand painted porcelain figurine of a Mongolian khan holding an earthenware pot in his left hand and a scepter in his right one. It is designed to discreetly store alcohol during this volatile period when alcohol was strictly forofferden for home use except in restaurants. Stopperis missing.
