1890 German Postcard, Not Just a postcard, "PURE ART" Stuttgart to Muhlhausen For Sale

This is not just a postcard! This is a small canvas featuring an art form lost decades ago that was a magnificent form of visual expression as well as a skill in the art of written communication. This postcard is really an artist's canvas from a time none of us living today have experienced.

Sadly enough, we may never get enough information on the author/writer of this business correspondence to honor him or her.

All I have on this beautifully written card is that it was from the branch office of the Deutfcher Induftril Derein in Stuttgart to the Blackstein Company in Muhlhausen-Thuringen.

I came across this artist's showcase inside a discarded box abandoned next to my driveway in Frankfurt-Hoecth, Germany. It was destined for trash pickup that morning.

On the obverse of this card, the lettering is perfect! Note the highlighted first letters of each word.  There is not a blemish. There is not a single ink bleed.  Perfect! Even the hand postmark on this postcard is perfect.  Every digit is readable, and there is no ink smearing.

The card itself is in extremely fine condition. There are no rips, tears, or stains. There are no folds or creases of any concerns.

This is truly a small showcase medium of writing from a lost world.  I could only find other samples for comparison, and they were in local museums, and of course they were not available.

Be it hard to part with this postcard, which I consider this a treasure and an artifact of yesteryear that generations will never see again, I want it to be highlighted for others to enjoy and appreciated for its simple yet delicate and intense beauty.
