View Larger Image   Piedmont Tire Pressure Gauge Gage Bridgeport   Description: This is a vintage truck tire type air pressure gauge marked "BRIDGEPORT PIEDMONT MANUFACTURING COMPANY DIVISION OF BRIDGE PRODUCTS INC. ALTAVISTA VA. #40-403" on the exterior. It features the two different air inlets, and a aluminum gauge stick with graduations up to 150 PSI, and there is also a metric scale on the other side to 1000 KPA. It measures 12" long and is in nice shape, about 90% of the chrome plating still intact, only a few small areas where the brass is showing through, a few dings noted but a small. We did test this gauge on a modern valve stem, and it seals on the stem just fine, but doesn't seem to gauge correctly even though the air doesn't leak through it. Will make a nice display tool in an automotive shop, or for repair if you want to use it. It is rare to find one of these marked "BRIDGEPORT", the Piedmont Mfg.
