The seller got a little backed up on shipping, and I could see that it wasn't going to make it by the expected date, so I sent them a Karenesque message that could've easily illicited a negative response. But instead the seller apologized, politely explained the situation, and the rucksack still arrived about a week after I ordered it (with free shipping).
