STAY AWAY! I ordered May 16th, and the seller didn't actually ship until May 28th. Their ebay listing is set to say will “ship within 3 business days”. 12 days isn't acceptable. I messaged them about it, they tried to treat me like I was dumb, and lied to me about it. It finally arrived today 06-05-2024. 21 days after I ordered. And its missing a piece... They HAD to have known I would complain? I am opening an ebay case. If the seller refutes any of this, they are lying. I have proof.

Hi! UPS Updated your tracking information over SEVENTEEN Times informing you of delays. I have no control over the package once it leaves my warehouse.
Secondly. Sorry to hear your kit was short a single piece, that sounds like a very simple mistake that I could have fixed for you, and then compensated you some too in the form of free extra items.
That kit looks to be in immaculate shape and someone else will appreciate it. Return it for a full refund. Good day!

Wow, what a reply from the seller. Full of more lies. And even a fake offer to fix it: “I would have fixed it and given you EVEN MORE!!!! If you had just contacted me!” Well, um, you still need to make this right, I'm not going away. I've opened an ebay support case against you. There was ONE UPS delay on the tracking which had NOTHING to do with you NOT shipping the item for 12 days! And wasn't something I was blaming on you. You are VERY, VERY dishonest! Ship me what you owe me!

Item was as described/pictured, and in great used shape. Good price. The seller got a little backed up on shipping, and I could see that it wasn't going to make it by the expected date, so I sent them a Karenesque message that could've easily illicited a negative response. But instead the seller apologized, politely explained the situation, and the rucksack still arrived about a week after I ordered it (with free shipping). I'm very impressed and will be buying more from this seller.

I am leaving a positive because they were true to their word and refunded my money. The pack I received had a cracked frame and more wear/damage than I expected based on the description. The listing stated “these rucksacks I just stocked are in some of the best shape I have seen yet!!!” which is misleading. The seller offered a refund or replacement but since they couldn’t guarantee a better condition pack, I chose a refund. Item was slow to ship,arrived in garbage bag.
