The unit was not put together correctly, resulting in breaks from screws being over tightened (easily seen yet the unit was still sent). been asking to return the unit for a full refund and was told a return envelope was on the way, however I’ve not received it after a month. This is an incredible amount of money to be out for my small business and trying to get a refund is taking far too long. Will have to get my bank involved which is a hassle. So bummed, hoped he’d have integrity.
