Came quickly and packed well. However, I'm not sure these are surplus anymore. They were flawless and smell like paint. Think these are new bought maybe from somewhere other than US which is not what I wanted. However they will function and I won't return them. As a Ammo Troop in the USAF, These cans are like brand new cans. Not the typical 'Well Used" ammo cans. As a Stained Glass artist, and avid wood worker, I store my solder and foil in these cans, as well as other materials that being air tight helps keep from oxidizing. Keeps everything clean and air tight.
