The item itself came in great condition overall. One thing I have to bring up is the fact that they initially advertise the item as unused/un-opened but it was definitely opened and there was some plastic packaging missing along with the introduction letter it comes with, overall though I am content I think and after I placed the order before they sent it they sent 2 photos asking me if it was good which showed the actual condition, the item was still packed very well so I rate this seller well.
