Unbelievable, the worst experience, thanks to the seller !!! i received a stained item, so i requested a return and i received the NASTIEST message from the seller stating that they didn’t like my tone, seriously!?!?!?!?!?! My tone???? They are the ones that did not disclose imperfections, the item was listed in “great condition”. So disrespectful, mind blowing customer service !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Buyers return request was immediately accepted, as always.I simply asked her to see if the stains were something that would wipe off with a little water -in order to determine if I wanted her to have to return or just refund without requiring her to go through the hassle of returning an item I could not resell. Her initial request for return contained language that was less than polite-implying I don’t check my items prior to shipping. After I showed eBay her note , I was paid as was she.
