Pro: Pretty unit. Pro: Quick & Easy 2-person set up. Pro: Taller height means easy walk thru. Con: Could have used a Heavier Stain Coating & Weather Sealer. Con; We didn't want to install the unit onto ground as is, so we lifted the unit a couple inches, by securing it to stakes pounded into ground, also providing increased stability.
