Negative reviews are a dime amongst a dozen. The glass cups I ordered were labeled as 16 oz. but when I got them I was perturbed by how small they are. I measured and sure enough, the cups were only 10 oz. Now. I don't have this set in my collection, so this is cool but disappointing as I paid for a bigger item and did not receive it. There was also some chip damage to one cup. The seller couldn't have cared less that they are selling something not as described. Would not recommend.

Was nothing but friendly, wanted a partial refund of 15 dollars, we offered for him to return item for full refund, and he did this. Trying to get money and keep item, we can't do that in this case,
