Revising from intial comment, even though shipping and handling was handled by USPS within exterior ubble mailer. The packing was not ideal, was placed in clear open plastic bag that accumulated wet mildew. Seller reached out and without hesitation sent a refund. This is to respond they are an exceptional seller, 10/10 would recommend.

We wish you would've contacted us first before leaving a comment. we ship all cloth like items in a clear bag and then into a poly bag. Item was not wet when sent and if it happened to get wet while being shipped to you from the elements out of our control please let us know. Not everything is the sellers fault and the banner was from my own personal collection and was never outside or damaged. please let us know next time if any issues arise. thank you.
