Clovk came broken in three places, paid full price, sent pictures to seller, was told it was not broken when he shipped it and never responded back

Buyer was contacted immediately and was instructed to contact ebay and or the post office due to the damage. Buyer never requested refund or to send item back. The buyer was informed that the item was carefully, and properly packaged and was offered the pictures of item working and packed responsibly for proof. Was in contact with buyer back and forth. The buyer was never ignored. Buyer left out those details and decided to leave a negative review anyway.
