Usually stuff I buy online looks better than in the pictures, but these is a rare exception. The quality just isn't there up close. The board is so fragile, I brushed the edge and it flaked off, leaving exposed wood. There are staples(?) sticking out all over the place. They used wood with a giant hole in it. The shading on the horse is a lot more haphazard than in the photo. Also I ordered 2 signs and normally shops will reduce the shipping price for that but not this one. I'm disappointed.

Wow. I'm so sorry you have had this experience with us. I don't normally allow sub-standard work to leave the shop, sounds like these slipped through the cracks. We have been having trouble with the plywood that is currently available to us and it sounds like assembly was sloppy. Please allow me to send a total refund to you and accept my apologies. This is the very first negative feedback we have received in all the years we have been producing these signs and it sounds like we deserved it

The items I received were absolutely gorgeous. To look at the photos is one thing, but to see them hung is another. The craftsmanship and paint job on these are PERFECT! They look as if they were taken straight from Middle Earth. I really can't thank this seller enough for everything. No other version of these signs would have even come close to the level that these ones are on. Anyone ordering from this seller won't be disappointed.

Very beautiful. Arrived very quickly. Unfortunately a very small piece of the mane broke off during shipping but I was able to glue the small piece back on and you can’t even tell now. It looked to be packaged well but someone probably threw it at some point during transit. But I’m still very pleased with the item. I will be hanging it in the door to my art studio.
