Exactly as described….they just didn’t fit although a size up from my normal. She doesn’t normally take returns, but she is allowing this. I feel that that goes above & beyond in the customer service department.
I simply explained politely & was heard, understood & told I would be refunded after she received the item back. I am more than appreciative, the jeans would have just sat on a shelf. Very fast responder too!
