I doubt seller knows these details. To turn ON the "micro gravity switch" requires at least 10 oz on heating center and at least 4 oz directly above switch. warmer has 4 "feet" but, even with pressure switch ON, it sits on rear 2 feet and pressure switch so there is a little room for rocking. An advantage for me, as overnight sourdough heater, is that it will stay on all night.
